How do I get a price quote?
Fill out the contact form with your property type, size, and the service you need, and we'll get back to you with an estimate. Pricing depends on the size of the space, its condition, and how often you'd like service, so we tailor every quote rather than using a flat rate.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes, our team arrives fully equipped with professional, environmentally friendly cleaning products and tools. If you have specific products you'd prefer we use in your home, just let us know ahead of time.
Is your staff trained?
Yes. Our team is professionally trained, and many of our staff have been with the company for years working with the same long-term clients — which is part of why so many of our reviews mention consistency and attention to detail.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes, our team is bilingual and comfortable communicating in English or Spanish, whichever you prefer.
What are your hours?
We're typically available Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday 7:00 AM to 1:00 PM. We're closed Sundays. Flexible or emergency scheduling outside these hours can often be arranged — just ask when you reach out.
Can I set up a recurring cleaning schedule?

Do you clean Airbnb and short-term rental properties?

Do you offer one-time deep cleans, or only recurring service?
Both. A one-time deep clean is a great option for move-in/move-out, post-renovation cleanup, or simply resetting a home that hasn't had a thorough clean in a while. Many clients start with a deep clean and then move to a recurring plan.
What if I need to reschedule?
Just reach out as soon as you know your schedule has changed — call or message us at (786) 234-0395 and we'll work with you to find a new time.
Do you clean offices or only homes?
We clean both. Our commercial cleaning service covers small offices, medical and dental practices, and storefronts, typically scheduled around business hours to avoid disrupting your team or clients.
